Elevated above Plaça Molina, Espacio 280 is a bright and airy space with daylight streaming in from all sides. The space is a blend of luxury and modern chic with plank oak floors, floor to ceiling windows and comfortable, contemporary furnishings.

Espacio 280 has two separate rooms, Sala Balmes and Sala Miranda. Sala Balmes offers a large table to use for conferences or dining which can seat up to 14, a fully equipped kitchen, a 70" television for presentations, a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa and additional easy-chairs. Sala Miranda has a large table which can seat up to 12 to use for conferences or dining with built-in electrical outlets for laptop use and a 50" television for presentations. Espacio 280 also offers a private outdoor terrace for guests' use during the event.
